Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6. Lucky 97 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under the specific market rules.
Odds are subject to change at any time up to the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. Lucky 97 reserves the right to suspend, close or void any market at its discretion — including but not limited to where an event is cancelled, abandoned or where pricing errors are detected.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the odds were published due to a manifest error; the bet was placed after the event has started in a pre-match market due to a technical issue; or other circumstances as outlined in the specific sport or market rules. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance at stake value.
In-play (live) betting on cricket and other sports is available subject to market availability. In-play odds update rapidly and Lucky 97 cannot guarantee that a bet will be accepted at a displayed price during periods of high volatility. Accepted in-play bets are binding.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant sections of the platform. Lucky 97 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its discretion without prior notice.
